50 Cent Open to Building a School in Houston With Kanye West, But Urges Him To “Cool Off” First

Kanye West may have lost the majority of his partnership deals, but that’s not stopping him from making future moves– or at least trying to.

Following the recent controversy, Kanye’s Donda Academy announced its closure, then reopened a day later–only to shut down again.

In the midst of all the Ye drama, 50 Cent gave his two cents about the rapper and fashion mogul’s ongoing controversy.

The ‘Power’ creator joined in on the ‘cut ties’ memes that emerged after multiple brands ended their relationship with the ‘Yeezy’ founder.

“Curtis Jackson cut ties with 50 Cent,” the meme read.

Kanye responded to the meme with a repost and also used it as an opportunity to pitch an idea to Fif.

“we got a Donda schools designs we need to build with 50 in Houston,” Ye captioned the reposted meme.

50 spotted a screenshot of Kanye’s response and agreed to work alongside the rapper but encouraged him to “cool off” first.

“OK YE lets build a school in Houston but go cool off,” he wrote. “N*gga you hot right now the Feds all on you!”

It’s not clear if Kanye and 50’s plan is already in process but seeing as though no one is willing to work with Kanye at the moment, the plan may be put on pause as of now.

Kanye has recently been on a non-stop press run stemming from his issues with Adidas and Gap. However, this has prompted Kanye to make some controversial statements that pushed antisemitic ideas.  So far, Kanye has lost deals with Balenciaga, Gap, and Adidas. CAA, MRC, Foot Locker, Peloton, T.J. Maxx, J.P Morgan Chase and Madame Tussands London have also distanced themselves from the rapper .
