50 Cent is keeping the commentary rolling after Jay-Z’s name was linked to a lawsuit alleging he and Diddy raped a 13-year-old girl in 2000—a claim swiftly denied by Jay-Z’s legal team as a baseless extortion attempt.
On Monday, Jay-Z attended the Mufasa: The Lion King premiere in Hollywood with Beyoncé and Blue Ivy Carter. The family’s red carpet appearance came just days after the lawsuit made headlines, and 50 Cent wasted no time weighing in with a now-deleted Instagram post.
“Jay said, ‘They said I [raped] a kid, everybody get dressed. We going to see Mufasa.’ LOL,” 50 wrote, drawing a mixed reaction online.

50 Cent Takes Aim at Jay-Z Over Lawsuit Allegations and Mufasa Premiere Appearance
Following backlash, 50 responded with another Instagram update: “You people report me every two seconds,” accompanied by an image of a retro TV graphic labeled “50 CHANNEL.”
The Power producer didn’t stop there. During a recent interview with Big Boy, 50 dissected a defiant statement shared by Roc Nation over the weekend. The statement referred to attorney Tony Buzbee as a “fraud” and vowed to prove the allegations were false.
50 noted the combative tone of the statement, calling it a clear move by lawyers to escalate tensions. “You could tell it was written by a lawyer,” 50 said. “Because there’s a point where it kind of gets aggressive. It says, like, ‘you’re gonna find out how I’ll handle this.’ That’s an attorney wanting to be combative with another attorney.”
While Jay-Z has remained publicly silent, his legal team continues to address the claims head-on, dismissing the allegations as meritless and part of a broader extortion attempt.
