50 Cent is stepping up his efforts to collect the $50,000 debt owed by Teairra Mari.
Court documents obtained by Radar Online indicate that 50 Cent filed a writ of execution in Sacramento County, CA.
The writ authorizes the sheriff to collect the money owed in a judgment, including wage garnishment, till tapping, and bank account levies.
If she fails to fulfill the judgment after the writ’s execution, 50 Cent can escalate collection efforts, such as placing a lien on her property and suspending her driver’s license.
According to the writ of execution, 50 Cent asserts that Teairra owes him $50,476. Initially awarded $30,618 plus $5,000 in sanctions, an additional $14,000 in interest has accrued due to her failure to pay.
In 2018, it was previously reported that 50 Cent filed a writ of execution against the former Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star, who sued him and her ex-boyfriend, Akbar Abdul-Abad, over revenge porn allegations, which resulted in an unsuccessful lawsuit.
