50 Cent is suing a medical spa company for alleging he had a penis enhancement procedure at their facility.
The 47-year-old hip hop mogul filed a lawsuit against Angela Kogan and her company, Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa. The suit came after the company used a 2020 photo of 50 and Angela to promote their services.
According to 50, the photo was taken during his trip to Miami. He agreed to pose for the picture because he believed Angela was just a fan. However, the photo has been used by Angela’s company numerous times to highlight their products.

It seems as though, 50 was letting the image promotion slide until recently. Last month, The Shade Room posted an article about the growing popularity of Brazilian butt lifts and penis enhancements.
The article featured the aforementioned photo and focused on Angela’s medspa. The article also listed 50, Teyana Taylor, Odell Beckham, and more as some of their celebrity clients.
The lawsuit states that Angela wasn’t authorized to use the photo to promote her business and falsely implied that 50 underwent penis enlargement surgery.
Nevertheless, the “Power” creator maintains he never had the surgery or any kind of surgery, at Angela’s medspa. He says that Angela’s use of the photo has made him a target for “ridicule” and damaged both his professional and personal reputation.
50 is demanding the company stop using his picture for promotional purposes and is seeking unspecified damages.
