Looks like 90-Day Fiance star Big Ed is back on the market.
Just days after announcing his engagement to 29-year-old Porscha Raemond, Edward “Big Ed” Brown has announced his breakup.
In an Instagram update posted Monday, Big Ed revealed he decided to end the engagement, admitting the proposal was rushed. “Love is a crazy thing,” the 59-year-old reality star began. “I did something that was impulsive. I asked this girl to marry me, and after considering, it’s too soon and it’s not really what I want.”
Big Ed and Raemond’s 0-100 relationship started when they met at a meet-and-greet at a sandwich shop in Florida. Within just 24 hours, Ed popped the question using a paperclip as a temporary ring. However, after talking with his family, Ed realized he wasn’t ready for another marriage, stating, “I don’t want to get married. I want to be single.”
This marks Ed’s fourth proposal, following his high-profile relationships and broken engagements, including his recent on-again-off-again engagement to Liz Woods.
While Ed didn’t share too many details about the breakup, he wished Porscha the best and said, “I’m going to be single for a while. I think that’s the best move.”
Fans of 90 Day Fiancé have seen Big Ed’s rollercoaster love life play out over the years, and now it looks like the search for love continues.
