Rapper Chief Keef is back in legal trouble after missing a court hearing.
On Wednesday, a $10,000 bench warrant was issued for the “I Don’t Like” rapper by a California judge for failing to appear in court. Keef was expected to attend the court hearing after police booked him last month for driving on a suspended or revoked license.
TMZ reports that during a traffic stop, cops saw Keef had an outstanding warrant for his 2021 DUI case. He was booked and later released from custody without bail.
Keef was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday but failed to show up, which led to this new warrant being issued.
This is not the first time Keef had a run-in with law enforcement. Keef has previously been arrested for aggravated assault, probation violation, driving under the influence of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
