A Look Into Porsha Williams And Simon Guobadia’s Heated Divorce

If we talk about short-lived marriages, RHOA star Porsha Williams and her estranged husband Simon Guobadia will be on the top of the list.

For some time now, Porsha and Simon have been floating through headlines as critics have dissected every aspect of their relationship, from how quickly their love story took off to how abruptly it ended. Nevertheless, people cannot stop talking about all of the accusations that are constantly thrown from both sides.

May 2021: Engaged

If you haven’t been keeping up, Porsha and Simon shocked the world after announcing their engagement back in May 2021. What made this news more mind-blowing was the fact that Porsha happened to be friends with Simon’s ex-wife, Falynn Guobadia. Adding fuel to the fire, Porsha and Simon revealed their relationship just months after he finalized his divorce from his wife of two years.

November 2022: Lavish Weddings

Despite the backlash, Porsha and Simon continued their love story and tied the knot in November 2022 with two ceremonies. Throughout the following year, the newlyweds didn’t shy away from putting their relationship on public display. Unfortunately, their romance did not last long as they announced their divorce in February 2024.

February 2024: Divorce Announcement and Drama Ensue

It didn’t take long for accusations to start flying from both sides. Shortly after the announcement, Porsha revealed that the divorce was filed once she learned of Simon’s questionable immigration status and criminal history. Additionally, Porsha also accused Simon of cheating on her during their relationship.

Not one to stay silent, Simon clapped back with his own accusations, stating that Porsha had “abandoned” their home but later returned, on two separate occasions, with gunmen attempting to force him to vacate the premises. Additionally, Simon claimed Porsha, her mother, and her mother’s partner, forcibly entered the home, disconnecting the security cameras and “tampering with evidence.”

In response to the accusations, Porsha says Simon violated the terms of their “prenuptial agreement that required Husband to vacate the Marital Residence by March 22, 2024.” She also added that she only returned to the home to  “retrieve her daughter’s swim items” and”to secure her personal belongings.”

Nevertheless, Simon says Porsha’s behavior has been “erratic, unstable, threatening, and harassing,” which led him to seek out a restraining order against his estranged wife. To make matters worse, Porsha also accused Simon of having multiple women in their house on several occasions. Despite us not knowing the truth, Simon has since denied the cheating rumors and even offered a cash reward to anyone who has footage and can prove him wrong.

As the estranged couple continues on this journey of separation, things between Porsha and Simon may never be reconciled. Especially since the ‘RHOA’ star recently accused the businessman of “threatening” her career. In new court documents, Porsha says Simon is harassing her after requesting to see the details surrounding her Bravo paychecks. She adds that by doing this, Simon is trying to ruin her career and her ability to make money.

We don’t know how this situation may end, but as things continue to heat up, we know that both parties would rather be single than tied to each other.
