A$AP Rocky Charged With Assaulting Woman

He loves hitting women, that’s his f*ckin problem. Back in July we reported that Harlem rapper A$AP Rocky was caught on tape slapping a female fan in the face while performing in Australia. It looks like old habits die hard because he  has done it again!

Jay Z’s highly talked about Made In America Festival took place over the Labor Day weekend at Bejamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. Amongst the All Star line-up of performers were  Kendrick Lamar, Miguel, Wiz Khalifa, Beyonce, Deadmau5, Public Enemy, 2 Chainz, Emeli Sande, Solange, Nine Inch Nails and of course ASAP Rocky.

According to TMZ, police have filed assault charges against A$AP Rocky stating that while Rocky was performing on stage he leaned towards the crowd to get closer to the fans. Concert goers began grabbing and tugging on his shirt. I guess he wasn’t feeling the people pulling on his threads so he allegedly lashed out and according to police reports he smacked a young woman in the crowd. If you remember from the incident in Australia over the summer, he smacked the young lady for taking off his hat. Clearly A$AP doesn’t like you guys touching his expensive clothing.

The woman, who has not been identified, filed criminal charges with the D.A. claiming Rocky smacked her in the face after other crowd members pulled on his shirt. The D.A. investigated the situation and felt that there was enough evidence presented to charge A$AP Rocky with assault. If the criminal charges don’t fly, the woman also claimed that the the force from the smack gave her whiplash so look for a civil suit to be filed as well.

If she was dark skinned with red lipstick, I’m sure he felt more than justified. Chanel Iman, come get your boo!
