Princeton Lyric Carter, the 2-year-old son of Aaron Carter, files a lawsuit against healthcare providers and pharmacies over the singer’s death.
About a year after Aaron’s bathtub death, a wrongful death lawsuit was apparently filed by Princeton’s mom, Melanie Martin, on his behalf. In court documents, Princeton claims that doctors and pharmacies played a big role in Aaron’s problems. Allegedly, these professionals gave Aaron hydrocodone, oxycodone, and alprazolam without a proper medical basis, which harmed his mental health.
The singer was discovered deceased by his housekeeper on November 5, 2022. His cause of death was linked to difluoroethane and alprazolam. The autopsy report indicated that Aaron became immobile while in the bathtub. Unfortunately, this led him to slip beneath the water and drowning due to the drugs in his system. Upon the release of the medical examiner’s report, Aaron’s former fiancée was skeptical about the cause of his death.
In the past year, Aaron’s mother, Jane Carter, also raised concerns about his cause of death. In March, she shared pictures of her son’s death scene on Facebook. She claimed that his death was never thoroughly examined as a potential crime due to his history of addiction.
