Sometimes it just doesn’t pay to be a ride or die chick. Shayanna Jenkins, girlfriend and mother of former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez’s daughter, has been indicted on a perjury charge in connection with the murder of Aaron’s friend, Odin Llyod. Shayanna was indicted on Friday for one count perjury in relation to the investigation of the killing of Lloyd, as well as Hernandez’s cousin Tanya Singleton on a charge of conspiracy to commit accessory after the fact. A grand jury also indicted Hernandez’s associate, Carlos Ortiz, on an accessory to murder charge.
Prosecutors claimed that Shayana Jenkins “made overt attempts to hide evidence, render assistance for suspect to elude law enforcement and to hinder and mislead” the investigation. Dumb move on her part, now her daughter will be without Mommy & Daddy for a while.
