Actor #JamesFranco is the latest to be accused of sexual misconduct, and, this time, the women actually came forth on social media, making their claims in a series of tweets.
Shortly after Franco’s Golden Globe win for his role in ‘The Disaster Artist’, three angered actresses filled the Twitter timelines with sexually inappropriate behavior allegations against Franco.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Actress Violet Paley was the first to speak out. In her tweet, she says, “Cute #TimesUp pin, James Franco. Remember the time you pushed my head down in a car towards your exposed penis?”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
During the ceremony, Franco was seen wearing all black and a ‘Times Up’ pin attached to his suit collar, which was in support of the recently-formed anti-sexual misconduct movement, #TimesUp, which Paley refers to in her tweet.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
According to the #NYDailyNews, Paley admits to having a “consensual relationship” with Franco, but the particular encounter that she mentioned happened against her will.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Subsequently, another actress, by the name of Sarah Tither-Kaplan, later revealed in a tweet that she was asked by Franco to strip down on the set of two of his films for $100 per day. She signed the contract do it, but says she felt like she had no choice.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“I 100% did not feel like I had a choice to say ‘no’,” Kaplan tweeted.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
James Franco has since responded to the allegations, saying, “I pride myself on taking responsibility for things that I’ve done. I have to do that to maintain my well-being,” he said in a recent appearance on the ‘Late Night Show with Stephen Colbert’. “The things that I heard were on Twitter are not accurate, but I completely support people coming out and being able to have a voice because they didn’t have a voice for so long.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In total, according to the Hollywood Reporter, Franco has been accused of sexual misconduct by five women.
