Adrien Broner, known for his outlandish antics, visited The Breakfast Club on Wednesday to discuss his relationship with Floyd Mayweather, his legal issues and his recent incident in Walmart.
Breakfast Club host, Charlamagne Tha God, opens the interview introducing the boxer as “the craziest n*gga in Nebraska” and asks, “how crazy are you,” wondering if his actions were genuine or a ploy to acquire attention. Broner responds, “This is just me, I always used to say on any given sunday in Walmart I’m gonna be myself,” referring to the video that went viral showing Broner throwing money in air.
As the conversation continued, Charlamagne questioned Broner’s actions once more, “I just wonder how much of it is really trolling because I saw you walk in on your phone saying you were going to vote for Trump, I said ‘this n*gga from the hood ain’t voting for no damn Donald Trump.”
“You a damn lie,” Broner responds.”Everything he’s saying is crazy but everything he’s saying is correct…. He gonna lower them taxes and that’s what I’m with for real because taxes be kicking my ass.”
Angela Yee rebutted explaining that Trump seems like he doesn’t know what he’s talking about when asked questions. To which the boxer responded, “Man, I don’t care. Let that rich n*gga be president.” Continuing to talk some sense into the boxer, Charlemagne reminds Broner of Trump’s prejudice views and Broner replies, “I don’t care, at the end of the day the rich gonna get richer and the poor gonna stay poor. Oh well.”
Clearly Broner is only supporting the presumptive nominee for the Republican Party to protect his own finances.
