Adrien Broner is officially off the hook in his sexual and simple battery case, which stemmed from an alleged groping incident in Atlanta.
Back in February of 2018, the 29-year-old boxer was arrested inside Lenox Mall after a woman told police Broner had “inappropriately groped her” in front of a Louis Vuitton store. Although Broner denied the allegations, officials booked him on sexual and simple battery charges.
One year later, Broner appeared in court to address the charges. But, lucky for him – according to TMZ – prosecutors said they didn’t have enough evidence to “prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt.”
As a result, the misdemeanor charges were dropped, and according to court records obtained by TMZ, “the alleged victim, in this case, understands and consents to this decision.”
