Johnny Manziel’s legal problems are just piling up.
KXAS-TV obtained Colleen Crowley, Manziel’s ex-girlfriend’s affidavit, and published it online Monday. In the affidavit Colleen states that during their confrontation on January 30, Manziel hit her so hard that she lost hearing in one ear. Colleen’s lawyer, Kathy Kinser, confirmed with the television station that Colleen has suffered a ruptured eardrum.
As part of the proceedings to get a protective order against the NFL star, Colleen detailed Manziel’s alleged attack. ”Fearful for my life, I hit (Manziel) several times, hoping I could back out of the car. He threw me off of him and I hit my head on the car window and I fell into the passenger floorboard,” said Colleen in the affidavit.
Manziel is currently under criminal investigation on allegations of domestic violence. He’s already been dropped by his agent and expected to be cut by the Browns next month.
