The rapper Afroman has officially submitted the necessary paperwork to run for President in the 2024 election, according to recent reports. He is running as an Independent and has named his presidential committee “Joseph Afroman Foreman for President,” as reported by TMZ.
In December, Afroman announced his candidacy during a concert in Missouri, calling it the “20-20-FRO” election. His campaign platform is expected to prioritize the legalization of marijuana at the federal level, but his stance on other global and domestic concerns remains unclear.
As of now, Afroman is the only celebrity to declare his candidacy for the current election cycle.
