Air Jordan Prices Just Got Higher—Here’s What You Need to Know

Sneakerheads, brace yourselves, Air Jordan prices are on the rise.

Nike has begun rolling out new pricing for select sneakers, and yes, it includes your favorite Jordans. The price hikes, which Nike alerted retailers would start in June, are already visible on nike.com. The Air Jordan 1 High “UNC Reimagined” is now listed at $185, while the Air Jordan 12 “Melo” comes in at $205. Both reflect a $5 increase from their launch prices.

This move matches Nike’s earlier warning that prices would rise between $2 and $10. But not every sneaker will be affected. “These increases are limited to adult sizing,” Nike confirmed, and children’s sneakers on its site will stay the same for now.

Nike says it’s trying to keep pricing fair for “everyday consumers.” That means no changes for Jordan apparel and accessories, kids’ apparel, Air Force 1s, and any kicks under $100.

The changes come as U.S. companies deal with new import duties, particularly those sourcing products from Asia. While many point to tariffs introduced during the Trump administration, Nike isn’t blaming politics directly. Instead, the company cites “expected inflation” and “economic conditions” as the primary drivers behind the price uptick.

If you’re planning to cop the next big release, it might cost you a little extra. Better act fast before those prices go up again.
