ESPN reported Tuesday afternoon that Alabama linebacker, Ryan Anderson, was arrested after officers responded to a domestic dispute call late Monday night.
The Tuscaloosa Police arrest reports shows that he and a 20- year old woman face misdemeanor domestic violence charges after both were arrested following the dispute. After speaking with witnesses Anderson and Sierra Patterson officers learned that Patterson keyed and threw change at Anderson’s vehicle and that Anderson then kicked Patterson’s vehicle. Officers reported that both vehicles were physically damaged. Neither Anderson or Patterson showed signs of physical injury. Both were arrested and charged with third-degree domestic violence/criminal mischief. Bond was set at $500.
Anderson played in all 14 games for the Crimson Tide in 2014.
