Alaska Airlines Flight Forced To Land After Passenger Threatens To Kill Everyone On The Plane “In The Name Of Jesus”

An Alaska Airlines flight made an emergency landing after a passenger threatened to kill everyone on board.

Airport officials say Alaska Airlines Flight 422 left from the Seattle Airport around 11 pm on Saturday, heading to Chicago.

KOMO News reports that 20 minutes into the flight, a male passenger became “extremely belligerent and physically aggressive during the ascent.”

Video from inside the plane shows the man yelling, “I’m going to kill everybody on this plane. Die in the name of Jesus!”

Two passengers can be seen taking the man down and calming the other passengers down. One of the hero passengers is a Chicago cop.

After the man was subdued, a flight attendant announced over the loudspeaker that the airplane would land at the nearest airport, and said: “We have everything under control.”

Once the plane landed back in Seattle, Port of Seattle Police took the man into custody and booked him into the King County Jail for harassment. No one was hurt in the incident.
