Cassie’s husband, Alex Fine, is speaking out to express his unwavering support of his wife following shocking testimony during Diddy’s sex trafficking trial.
Through a statement delivered by Cassie’s attorney, Fine responded to speculation about his emotions in court and the narrative that he “saved” her. “I have felt tremendous pride and overwhelming love for Cass,” he said. “I have felt profound anger that she has been subjected to sitting in front of a person who tried to break her.”
Alex Fine made a great statement via Cassie’s lawyer about the narratives online about how he must feel sitting there listening to her testimony and how he saved her. He said that’s an insult to the years of painful work she did and that she saved herself. pic.twitter.com/dzhur1EwY7

“You did not break her spirit nor her smile,” he added. Rejecting the idea that he rescued her, the fitness trainer declared, “I did not save Cassie, as some have said. To say that is an insult to the years of painful work my wife has done to save herself. Cassie saved Cassie. She alone broke free from abuse, coercion, violence, and threats.”
Cassie, who testified for four days while eight-and-a-half months pregnant, later released her own statement.
“I hope that my testimony has given strength and a voice to other survivors,” she said. “For me, the more I heal, the more I can remember. And the more I can remember, the more I will never forget.”
As she turns her focus to welcoming their third child, she added, “I’m glad to put this chapter of my life to rest.”
Fine, who married Cassie in 2019, was reported to have glared at Diddy during parts of the trial, particularly when his wife named 13 men Diddy allegedly forced her to have sex with.
