Alleged Rape Victim Seeking $3 Million From Nick Young

Back in 2011 a young woman (Jane Doe) accused Nick Young of drugging her and vaginally/anally raping her after meeting at a Hollywood bar. Law enforcement felt there were many holes in her story and found it highly suspicious when she immediately went to cops talking about a lawsuit. They then dismissed the claim. In 2013 Jane Doe filed a civil suit against Nick Young. A DNA test was done and it was found that Nick Young’s DNA did not match the DNA police collected from Jane Doe.  Young’s legal felt the lack of DNA evidence should’ve be enough to dismiss her sexual battery lawsuit.  You can read about that HERE.

Well, the case hasn’t been dismissed yet and Jane Doe still won’t go away.  She is demanding $3 million in damages, emotional distress and loss of earnings.  Nick says he isn’t paying it and refuses to budge.  Nick Young is prepared to take it to court and a date is scheduled for later this month.

Personally, I don’t see him losing this one.
