Amanda Bynes has currently been placed on another 5150 psychiatric hold.

This past weekend, the Nickelodeon star was placed on her second psychiatric hold this year after failing a mental health evaluation.

TMZ has reported that Bynes, 37, called the police for help herself.

Sources told the outlet that Bynes was deemed a danger to herself and others.

She is currently subject to a legal limit of 72 hours for a psychiatric hold.

In March, the child star was placed on a psychiatric hold after she was found wandering the streets of LA naked.
