An Amazon delivery driver has been robbed at gunpoint and had his van stolen in Cleveland.
The Cleveland Division of Police announced that the incident happened Thursday afternoon.
The male driver told police he was parked and delivering a package when he noticed a dark blue car sitting behind his van.
He said he realized the car was following him when he stopped to make a delivery on the same road, a few houses down.
Then, as he was walking toward the van’s passenger side, a man pointed a gun at him and stole the van. He claims the man drove away, taking all the packages with him.
Police said the Amazon truck was found later on near a library and completely empty.
Video from the library captured the man involved in the robbery get out of the van, empty Amazon packages into the dark blue car, and flee the scene.
Police said the Amazon driver was not injured, and they’re still looking for a suspect.
