Andrew Tate is facing a new accusation. This time from one of his former girlfriends, who says he nearly choked her unconscious during a violent sexual encounter at a Los Angeles hotel. The disturbing claim comes from model Bri Stern, who filed a police report after Tate left the country, according to a TMZ exclusive.
Sources tell TMZ the incident happened on March 11 at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Bri and Tate were staying. She alleges the two were having sex when things turned violent. Bri says Tate began choking her, and even though she begged him to stop, he kept going. The more she resisted, the more aggressive he became, she told police; saying it got so bad, she felt like she was about to lose consciousness.
According to TMZ, Bri says the assault only ended when Tate finished and fell asleep. Afterward, she went to the bathroom to document her injuries. Photos obtained by TMZ show bruising on her face. A few days later, after flying to New York City for work, she went to an ER where she was diagnosed with a post-concussive injury.
Bri reportedly waited to go to the police until Tate had returned to Romania, where he and his brother Tristan are currently dealing with an ongoing organized crime case. Sources say she didn’t feel safe filing a report until he was out of the country.
TMZ also obtained screenshots of alleged text messages from Tate, where he appears to reference beating her. They also published a photo of Tate posing with Kanye West on March 10, just hours before the alleged attack. That same night, Kim Kardashian was seen pulling daughter North West from Ye’s studio after the Tate brothers arrived.
Tate is currently facing serious legal issues in multiple countries. He and his brother were arrested in Romania in 2022 and charged with forming a criminal group and human trafficking. Andrew Tate has also been charged with rape in Romania and faces sexual assault lawsuits in both the U.S. and the UK. He has denied all allegations.
