Remember Vanessa Lopez who filed a lawsuit against Shaquille O’neal or assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress after Shaq began harassing her for being in contact with Shaunie and flaming she was pregnant? Also remember Shaq sending texts to one of his goons to shut Vanessa up? Well all of that prompted the suit and it isn’t going anywhere.
According to Radar Online Shaq tried tried to get the case dismissed and was hit with a big fat DENIED! The court documents state “Defendant’s motion to dismiss count 1 for assault is denied, defendant’s motion to dismiss count II for intentional infliction of emotional distress is denied.”Â
Tough break for Shaq, looks like the suit goes on!Â
