A deadly plane crash in South Florida is raising new concerns about aviation safety as incidents continue to climb across the country. On Friday morning, a Cessna 310 aircraft went down near a major highway in Boca Raton, claiming the lives of all three people onboard.

The crash happened shortly before 10:15 a.m., just southwest of the Boca Raton Airport. According to authorities, the aircraft suffered a mechanical issue shortly after takeoff, though specific details on the malfunction have not yet been released.
Assistant Fire Chief Michael LaSalle of Boca Raton Fire Rescue Services said the impact created a fireball so intense that it struck a vehicle traveling nearby. The driver, who crashed into a tree after passing through the blaze, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
This latest tragedy comes as aviation accidents are reportedly increasing under the new Trump administration. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, appointed earlier this year, is facing mounting pressure as safety issues in both commercial and private aviation are drawing national attention.
While investigations are still ongoing, critics say this crash adds to a disturbing trend.
