Another Woman Accuses Nelly Of Sexual Assault And Graphically Details Alleged Incident; Claims Nelly Told Her “I Will Find You”

As part of the legal back and forth between Nelly and his sexual assault accuser, Monique Greene, another woman has come forward with graphic details about a separate incident with the rapper.

In the court documents obtained by the @blast, the woman listed as Jane Doe 2, claimed her incident occurred just 10 months before Greene’s October 2017 incident, where she claimed she was sexually assaulted by the rapper on his tour bus.

According to Doe’s declaration, she and a few friends attended the rapper’s show in Essex, England and paid money to get a photo with him. When she finally came face to face with Nelly, she said he asked her to stay back to kick it with him, and even allowed her friends to come with.

Shortly after, Nelly reportedly asked Doe to go to another room with him, which she agreed. However, that’s when things took a turn for the worse.

“Nelly closed the door, stood in front of it, and dropped his trousers,” Doe said. “I told him to pull his trousers up. Defendant Nelly started masturbating and said, ‘You want this dick don’t you?”

Although she rejected his sexual advance, “Nelly put his hands down my top and tried to pull it off. This was without my consent.” As the incident escalated, she tried to stop him with an explanation that she had a spouse and kids to consider, but he reportedly told her “that didn’t matter.”

That is when the rapper proceeded towards her.

“I am 4/11 and petite,” she continued, according to docs obtained by the publication. “As he approached I tried to move back but there was nowhere I could go. He dropped his trousers and said he really wanted me. Defendant Nelly began to masturbate again. He told me I wanted him. I repeated I did not. Defendant Nelly tried to kiss me two times. He said he wanted ‘to come in your mouth and all over you.’ I continued to evade and refuse him.”

“Nelly then grabbed my hand and placed it on his penis. I pulled my hand away and told him generally the following: That’s enough. Who the f*ck do you think you are. Look mate I had a really nice time at the concert. You may have sold records and have a lot more money in your bank than I do. But this doesn’t make you more special than me. Pull your trousers back up and f*ck off.”

In turn, Nelly clenched his fists and explained that he was frustrated and not to use to not getting his way.

“And then Defendant Nelly put his right hand on the back of my head and his left hand on my shoulder and forced my head down pushing his erect penis into my mouth,” she continued. “I was in utter shock. Once he thought had me in position, Defendant Nelly released my shoulder. I jumped back, twisted and fell backward into the shower curtain. I was able to scramble out of the room.”

“As we were leaving, Defendant Nelly physically reached out and pulled me back while I was on the stairway. He told me in a threatening manner, ‘I will find you.”

Doe said she never reported the incident over the fear that no one would believe her, but when police approached her she spoke out.
