Tracee Ellis Ross Is Reportedly Making Less Than ‘Black-ish’ Co-Star Anthony Anderson, Says She Is Threatening to Cut Back on Episode Appearances

#Blackish actress Tracee Ellis Ross may be saying “bye-bye” to the ABC-produced sitcom, and it’s all due to a significant gender pay gap between her and her fellow co-star, Anthony Anderson.

According to the #HollywoodReporter, a source who recently attended a #TimesUp meeting said that Ross’ unequal salary was amongst the topics to be discussed.

Apparently, the 45-year-old feels that she is making a lot less than Anderson, and if this problem is not rectified soon, she is reportedly going to start appearing in fewer ‘Black-ish’ episodes. It’s even said that she will seek to pick up a couple of other TV projects to make up for the sitcom’s lack of fair pay.

Allegedly, since Anderson serves as an executive producer of the series, and he holds more of a starring role, that could be some of the reason why his salary is more, the source says.
