The Anthony Edwards and Ayesha Howard drama continues, with the NBA star now accusing his baby mama of a well-thought-out plan to get pregnant by him.
On May 6th, Edwards asked a judge to sanction his ex for what he described as her “manipulative and unjustifiable conduct.” He argued that Howard, 37, lacked ties to California, where she requested child support, and had failed to provide evidence of any real connection to the state. He called her actions an attempt to “game the system” for a child support order.
His attorney claimed the conception of their daughter, Aubri, was “a planned-out scheme,” pointing to Ayesha’s ovulation tracker, which they argued “suggests a calculated plan to conceive a child with Anthony.” This evidence, they said, raised “disturbing questions” about the model’s motives. The athlete demanded that Howard be sanctioned for her conduct, accusing her of trying to mislead the court.
In response, the mother-of-two denied the accusations, submitting documents to refute Anthony’s claims, including proving her work history at the Atlanta strip club Magic City had ended in 2018. She criticized Edwards’ legal team for making false statements, adding, “My daughter Aubri deserves a future built on honesty and integrity.”
While the legal battle continues, the court has yet to rule on whether Ayesha will face sanctions or whether child support will be set.
