ASAP Bari clearly doesn’t want his name in the mix.
After City Girls member JT said he was to blame for her viral fight with Lil Uzi during the BET Awards earlier this year, Bari responded.
Bari sounded off on his Instagram page, sharing a screenshot of JT’s interview on the Breakfast Club and weighed in. “He ain’t want you setting there dusty b*t
“Stop lying.. She was really mad about ice spice not about me. She called him a groupie cause he was sitting next to her. Bitch sold 6k talking about me.” Bari, who is friends with Uzi wrote.
A little later, he followed up with more posts, saying, “I got respect for all woman” and “I’m always the bad guy huh.”
JT seemingly responded to his rant with some tweets on Thursday. “Hoe ass n***as be so jealous of b*t***!” she wrote, without naming names. “If I can turn nothing into something, what make you think I can’t turn something into some more?!”
Hoe ass niggas be so jealous of bitches!

Earlier this year, JT and Uzi had a confrontation during the BET Awards. In the video footage, JT could be seen throwing her phone at Uzi, which caused many to speculate she was upset that he was sitting next to Ice Spice. “B*t**!” JT was heard saying. “What the f**k wrong with you, b*t**?”
JT then stormed out, with Uzi following behind.
Later, sources said it had nothing to do with Ice Spice, but instead, JT was mad that she lost her seat.
In her interview on The Breakfast Club alongside group member Yung Miami, JT talked about the incident.
“The reason I threw my phone at Uzi is because [they] had to perform. So, you know when you have to perform at an award show you have to be there earlier. … We get in there, and baby, I’m so sorry when I say this. Uzi is like a frantic kid. [They] move around a lot… So when [they] got off stage, [they] came to me like, ‘Come on. Let’s go, let’s go,’” JT explained around the 57-minute point of her interview on The Breakfast Club, as seen below. “Then I had on this big a** dress. I had on a huge dress. So I’m thinking [they’re] leaving and about to send somebody back to come and get me. When I get up, he down there chillin’ with [ASAP] Bari.”
“It was never about another artist because an artist is supposed to be there. It was never about that. It’s about that you made sure that Bari was in his seat,” she continued. “You ain’t no rapper, you should’ve got up.”
