Ashanti shuts down the rumors of her dating rapper Flo Rida and says people have the wrong idea.
Ashanti was the latest celeb to sit down and chat with ‘The Breakfast Club’ hosts. DJ Envy brought up Ashanti & Flo Rida’s vacation photos prompting Ashanti to clear up the speculations. The singer says she considers Flo Rida to be a “brother” figure and explains that their teams get along well, so they’re often hanging out a lot.
“Let the people know Ashanti is not with Flo Rida. Be clear! That’s my brother. Me and Flo are super cool… We’ve been going to each other’s birthday parties for like, ten years. So, I don’t know why it’s like, such a surprise,” she says.
This isn’t the first time the R&B songstress has cleared up this rumor before, but obviously, fans are having a hard time believing her.
