Back in August, Kendall Jenner gloated about being selective of the shows that she models in comparison to other models who aren’t able to pick and choose their jobs.
Now, Ashley Graham is calling Jenner lucky and highlighting her privilege.
“Lucky for her, because I’ve never been … that’s so lucky,” Graham said on Thursday. “These tits and ass have just had to fight through and break down barriers every day.”
“She’s in the demand, honey!” Graham continued.
The comments in reference to Jenner’s earlier statement.
“Since the beginning, we’ve been super selective about what shows I would do,” Jenner said. “I was never one of those girls who would do like 30 shows a season or whatever the f— those girls do.”
After Jenner made the comment, she received tons of backlash from her modeling counterparts.
A representative for Jenner later cleaned up her comments.
“Mid-thought she realized the number of shows some models walk a season is closer to 80. The point was that it’s their path and the more power to them,” the rep said. “She admires their hard work and dedication. It’s an accomplishment.”
Jenner also clarified her statements saying that she was misrepresented.
