An Atlanta Airport employee at the center of a viral fight has been fired from her job.
The now ex-barista, identified as Shacoria Elly, got into a heated argument on January 13th with her co-workers at Harvest & Grounds inside Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. It is not immediately clear what they were arguing over, but Elly can be heard in the video screaming, “Give me my stuff!” as two other men fight her, with one throwing her onto the ground. At one point, Elly tries to toss a chair at one of the men before it is taken from her. In another moment, she walks off before turning around and jumping over the counter. She tussles with the men before obtaining her purse and jacket and going. One man can be heard yelling for someone to call 911 during the chaos.
By the time police arrived that day, Elly had already vacated the premises and was no longer in the area. Though they took a report, it doesn’t appear that charges will be filed. This could be due to the footage appearing to show Elly being prohibited from retrieving her belongings. The coffee shop has since confirmed that Elly is no longer employed there. Additionally, airport security confiscated her badge.

Some sources have reported that Elly and the male staffers were arguing over espresso shots in the store, though Harvest & Grounds has not confirmed this.
