Rich Homie Quan is getting his flowers in a major way. The Atlanta City Council just proclaimed that September 17 will forever be known as “Rich Homie Quan Day” in the city.
This comes after the late rapper was laid to rest on Tuesday with a touching homegoing ceremony at World Changers Church International in College Park.
Rich Homie Quan left a lasting mark on Atlanta’s music scene, and now the city is honoring him with a day dedicated to his legacy. Fans and locals alike are celebrating this recognition, showing love for a rapper who helped shape Atlanta’s hip-hop culture.
September 17 is now officially for the “Type of Way” hitmaker, and the city won’t ever forget him.
