Many people still don’t realize you can get arrested for DUI while parked like he was at a drive thru. However even though he shouldn’t have resisted arrest and taken the police taser, he should not have been shot 3 times while running away. With how serious it is under new laws for drivers having to fightDUIcharges if convicted in court today, it’s understandable why some people might panic when under a DUI arrest and make bad impulsive decisions.
I believe the other officer’s camera should also be uploaded for viewing by the public before we pass judgements. This camera was off during the shots fired and we can’t see what caused him to shoot. I really do wish he wasn’t shot and killed.
