We were all appalled this weekend when a video clip circulated of a woman emotionally upset after a man yanked her wig off while walking down the street. His lack of acknowledgment or apology after causing the whole thing was even more puzzling.
Thanks to social media investigators, the man’s identity was quickly learned. Lo and behold, he “happened” to be an associate attorney at the New York law firm Leader, Berkon, Colao & Silverstein LLP. But once the law firm got wind of the situation, Anthony O. Orlich was seemingly fired or resigned. Either way, it appears the incident cost him his job.
As expected, Anthony Orlich found out today and got himself fired. Lizzy Ashleigh has whiplash-like injuries to her neck, and I hope she sues the shit out of him. He should also lose his law license IMHO. pic.twitter.com/6DMD4FGrjV

“We have been made aware of a video of a non-work related incident involving one of our associates circulating in social media. We take seriously any inappropriate behavior by any employee, whether inside or outside the workplace. This associate is no longer working with this firm,” the law firm said in a released statement.
The woman in the video goes by the name Tizzy Ash on TikTok. She says Orlich snatched her wig off her head and walked away. In the clip she can be heard emotionally distraught, asking him why he did what he did.
“Sir! For what reason did you take my wig off? Because what made you think that was a good thing to do? Why did you do that? Is that funny? You don’t even f**king know me. Do you hate women or something?”
Orlich, who appears to have a smirk on his face, is seen walking away with two other men, one who repeatedly tells him to apologize. Orlich is heard asking, “For what?” and never acknowledged his wrongdoing in the video.
Lizzy, who is also a singer, posted a follow-up video on the incident. She says that because the wig was attached to her natural hair, it took force to pull it off and caused her neck injuries. Lizzy said she notified authorities and in another video, said she went to the doctor and was prescribed muscle relaxers to relieve the tension in her neck.
Well, hopefully, Orlich learned a valuable lesson. Keep your hands to yourself.
