August Alsina Claims Tory Lanez Sucker Punched Him, Tory Denies It

Rumors have been swirling Sunday that August Alsina and Tory Lanez got into some sort of altercation. Now, Alsina is speaking out.

The singer took to Instagram to post a photo of himself looking disheveled and leaning against the wall of an elevator. Blood is seen running down his mouth, and he looks stunned.

In the caption, Alsina alleges that Tory Lanez, who he refers to as a “4’11” sized leprechaun,” ran down on him with a bunch of his security guards as he was leaving a show. He says that Tory pressed him for not giving him a dap.

Alsina explains that he didn’t know Tory and felt some kind of way over Tory, saying he would never have snitched on Jada Pinkett Smith by telling her business the way Alsina had. Additionally, because of his health concerns, he was advised by his medical team to shake fewer hands to protect himself against COVID-19, monkeypox, etc.

“Never any disrespectful words were exchanged, so I was a bit confused at how somehow he turnt himself up,” Alsina wrote. He says Tory sucked punched him, and it was never a fight, just an assault.

He says that after it happened, Tory and his crew left the area immediately. Alsina claims that Tory’s crew captured the whole thing on video and calls on them to post it.

Tory Lanez took to his Instagram story to deny the allegations. “I don’t know what everybody talking about,” he wrote. “But I’ve been in the studio.”

Instead, he wrote that he’s not on anything negative and has been taking time to work on himself to be a better person.
