UPDATE: Â Gilbert Arenas has asked Laura Govan to stay away from him, don’t talk to him and don’t even breathe in his direction. In legal docs obtained by Baller Alert, Gilbert Arenas officially filed a stayaway order on Govan roughly three months ago, after he was granted joint custody of he and the Basketball Wives LA star’s four children in March. Govan, who’s allegedly facing a pending domestic violence charge, a burglary charge, and a charge for allegedly keying Arenas’ car, was asked to cease all contact with Arenas and not bash him in the public — an order she may have violated when alleged emails from Govan to Arenas leaked online last week.
Read below for the lengthy list of rules Laura was asked to abide by.
1. Laura Govan shall not harass, attack, strike, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), hit, follow, stalk, molest, destroy personal property, disturb the peace, keep under surveillance, impersonate (online or otherwise), or block the movements of Gilbert Arenas.Â
2. Laura must not contact Gilbert in any way, including but not limited to telephone, mail or e-mail. She is only allowed to contact him regarding the children and ONLY using a third party co-parenting website, Our Family Wizard.
3. Laura can not take any action directly or through others to obtain the addresses or locations of Gilbert.Â
4. Laura must stay at least 100 yards from Gilbert.Â
5. All custody transactions of the couple’s minor children will be done in public and will be facilitated by a nanny. Laura will not be present.
6. Laura must take one year of anger management classes and must provide a certificate of completion no later than September 1, 2016. If she chooses not to attend classes, Laura can attend therapy, minimum one session per month for a year.
7. Laura can not make any ill comments about Gilbert or their court case, either in private forums or around their children.
Failure to abide by these rules means that Gilbert can file a temporary restraining order. Â

As we previously reported, Laura returned from her Labor Day vacation in Atlanta to find out that Gilbert would be evicting her from the Calabasas home he currently pays for. It’s unclear whether or not Laura has been house hunting, but in the meantime, she has one more thing she must worry about. According to documents filed in court on Monday, Govan could possibly lose custody of the couple’s kids.
The documents below, exclusively obtained by Baller Alert, refer to the violation of the above order as well three incidents when Laura was to exchange custody of the kids with Gilbert and allegedly failed to do so. Because of this she is facing contempt in court, which could be a huge problem in terms of the judge’s custody ruling. Failing to hand over the kids could possibly result in Arenas getting full custody. The leaked email doesn’t help much either.
