For Episode 6 of Baller Alert Radio, we sat down with Atlanta rap duo TK N Cash (“3 Times In A Row,” “Get My Mind Right”). In our interview we discussed the lifestyle of young men in the entertainment industry and what they do to ‘get their mind right’. We talked about how they manage to keep their business off of the gossip blogs, and even got into a heated debate over groupies and whether or not being “young” is an excuse to make mistakes.
During our chat, we flipped the script on groupie tales and got TK to tell us about a crazy experience he had with a wild fan while out on tour. TK N Cash also dished on what it’s like working in the studio with Young Thug, and why they opt not to write their lyrics down.
For fans of TK N Cash, you’ll be glad to know they’re working on their new EP. The tentative release date is June 17th and they revealed the meaning behind the EP’s title, “It’s Crazy How…”
