The Baller Alert Show, featuring your lifestyle specialist Kenny Burns, with Ferrari Simmons and Su Solo, kicked off its 35th episode with a recap of the hottest topics and current events from the previous week.
In case you missed it, the hosts discussed the argument between Dame Dash and Lee Daniels over Dash’s $2 million investment. After Dash exposed the conversation between the two, Daniels sat down with Raq Rants to further discuss the confrontation. Although he said the interaction made him uncomfortable, he acknowledged the integral role Dash played in his career, and for that, he would gladly repay his $2 million debt. But, the question here is, would you loan your friend $2 million if you believed in their dream? AND, if their idea flopped, would you demand the money back?
Next, the hosts discussed the return of “Power,” and shared their theories about the forthcoming season. Amid the disagreements though, the hosts were able to agree that both Dre, played by Rotimi, and Ghost’s son, Tariq should be dead.
Then, the hosts discussed the altercation between Rasheeda’s mother and a few fans, who traveled to the city to visit the reality star’s famed clothing store. Upon arrival, the fans, who recorded the entire incident, brought their negative energy to the shop and proceeded to disrespect Rasheeda’s mom over her refusal to be photographed. Though the fans tried to drag Rasheeda’s mom for being rude, #BallerNation came to Rasheeda’s mother’s defense and condemned the fans for their disrespect.
As the episode continued, Rari kicked off this week’s Baller Mail. In this week’s message, a woman shared a story about her distant boyfriend. Feeling unappreciated, she decided to distance herself from him, but when she found out she was pregnant, it all went out the window. Lucky for her, the boyfriend started to come back around, but when the two lost the baby, she found out her boyfriend’s ex was also pregnant at the same time. Although he claims he wants to work things out with her, she wonders what she should do. What advice do you have for this young lady?
To wrap the episode, Kenfucious left us with a few words of wisdom, saying, “you can’t change people, but you can change how you deal with them.”
