“Truffle Butter” debuted at number 71 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Its position on the chart made Minaj the 15th artist to have 60 chart entries on the Hot 100. It also lengthened her lead as one of three female artist to have the most entries on the chart, right behind the legendary Aretha Franklin and pop star Taylor Swift.

The song eventually peaked at number 14 on the Hot 100. It also received a nomination for Best Rap Performance at the 58th Grammy Awards.
