This year’s Video Vanguard Award will finally be given to the multi-talented Missy Elliott, who has given us hits like “Hot Boyz,” “Work It,” “The Rain,” “Gossip Folks” and more. She’s even blessed us with her newest album, “DripDemeanor.”
