Ballerfic Relationships – Take Out Again?

I have some girlfriends that have told me they pretend to slave over a stove, when all they’ve done is thrown the containers in the garbage, took it outside and put on the oven to make it hot in the house. Way too much time, for me anyways. I’m really not about that pretending that I’ve been slaving in the kitchen all day life.

There are many of you ladies that can’t cook. That really does suck, but isn’t it time for you to learn? It’s really not that hard. Pull out a cookbook online and follow instructions. Cooking for Dummies(is that a real book? anyway tho),if you will.

Today, we’re going to make Beer Battered Chicken. Perfect food that he can watch during the game.

Various chicken parts (clean and season to your taste)
3 cups of flour
1 tbsp of salt
2 cups of Beer of your choice
2 large eggs
vegetable oil

-In a bowl whisk 2 large eggs and 2 cups of beer (3) if you’d like.

-Whisk in 2 cups of flour and 1 tbsp of salt.

-Get your frying pan of oil nice and hot so when the chicken is placed in the pot the oil boils. No warm/luke warm oil.

-In a shallow bowl add another half cup of flour.

-Set up your counter as follows:
chicken–> dip in beer batter –> coat with flour –> put on a plate.

-(Optional) add more flour on the chicken if needed.

-Place in your frying pan about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Enjoy your beer battered chicken. It can be served with whatever sides that you know he likes.
