As the 2024 Paris Olympic Games approach, New York Liberty player Nyara Sabally is gearing up with some stylish bling! On Wednesday, the 24-year-old athlete showcased her new 14K gold Olympic-themed grill on Instagram, featuring red, gold, and blue gems.
Sabally is set to represent Germany in the Women’s Basketball Team at the Olympics, alongside her older sister, Satou. This marks the first time Germany has qualified for the Olympics in women’s basketball. Satou recently expressed her disbelief and pride in the team’s achievement during an appearance on Paul George’s podcast.
“I still can’t really believe that I’m going to be at the Olympics because I never really thought that Germany could go that far,” Satou said. She added, “It’s not like in America where you have 12 All-Stars on a team. No. We really fought for this so hard. Not to take anything away from other countries, but I think we’re really just at such a special time in German history with sports and women’s sports that this means so much more to me than you can imagine.”
