It’s that special day of the week yet again when the world patiently awaits clock-out time to start their two days of self-care. For music lovers, this also symbolizes a day filled with new tunes from several of our favs. This Friday marked the day of several notable releases, including the highly anticipated “Sunday Service” remix, which saw Latto rally Megan Thee Stallion, GloRilla, and Flo Milli. Another artist who knows how to create a perfect summer anthem is French Montana, who teamed up with newcomer Skilla Baby for their track “Skyami.”
One of the most significant projects to arrive is Tems debut album, “Born In The Wild,” which has long been in the works since she came onto the scene in 2018. As with the past few New Music Fridays, June 7th certainly gave us plenty to work with.
