Ballerific Music: New Music Drops To Start Your Weekend

Father’s Day Weekend is upon us, and it’s only right that we kick it off with some new music perfect for the hip-hop-loving dads of the world.

This week, CMG’s very own Moneybagg Yo debuted his highly anticipated 17-track album, “Speak Now.” The rollout for the project kicked off last week with the single “Play Da Fool,” giving his fans a taste of what’s to come. Now, with the introduction of his first project since last year’s “Hard to Love,” Moneybagg’s flow remains unmatched.

Don Toliver also delivered a full-length project, “Hardstone Psycho,” consisting of four discs. It seems that Toliver is looking to give a different set of vibes in each one, which are all made up of four songs. Disc one includes his mega hit, “Attitude,” featuring Cash Cobain and the legendary Charlie Wilson.

Elsewhere, Normani introduced her long-awaited debut album, “Dopamine.” To many fans’ surprise, she included her and Cardi B’s 2021 hit “Wild Side” on the final cut. As we celebrate Normani and the other artists who dropped today, it’s apparent this New Music Friday is filled with just the right amount of variety and good vibes perfect for the next two days.
