Ballerific SnapShots: Kelly Rowland Channels Diana Ross, Sade, Bianca Jagger, and Farida Khelfa Goude For Mane Addicts Pictorial

Kelly Rowland looked absolutely amazing in Mane Addicts pictorial. The songstress took style and grace to another level while channeling some of our favorite hair idols. In the pictorial, Kelly Rowland channels Diana Ross, Sade, Bianca Jagger, and Farida Khelfa Goude with the assistance of the one and only Kim Kimble and celebrity makeup artist Rokael Lizama.

For the first look Kelly Rowland was inspired by Diana Ross, who back in the 80’s had that big, curly, textured mane. Her was loose, messy, lion’s mane type of hair… Talk about blast from the past!

Did Kelly Rowland nail the look?

In the second look Kelly Rowland channels the “Smooth Operator,” Sade. The style features a  pulled back twist. Kim says, “Pulled back is easy. Just slick the hair back and use some hairspray. Then add hair to make the pony ultra long by twisting into her own hair.”

Next Up…Bianca Jagger!

Kim Kimble give details on Kelly Rowland’s hairstyle:

“Her hair was set in large rollers, then brushed out, creating a larger bouncier curl. Then gathered in the back and tucked into a faux bob. Paired with a pill box hot, she exudes 70’s class.”

Lastly…Farida Khelfa Goude.

Kelly wore her hair extra long and natural curls were defined with a small curling iron, then separated. Her hair was then pinned and tucked around the face to create the illusion of fringe.
