An unruly airline passenger riding a motorized suitcase caused a scene after being booted from a flight because she was too drunk. She then took the police on a wild chase before spitting on an officer and defecating in a patrol car.Â
After gate agents turned her away, Chelsea Alston, 32, was booted from a flight to New York City. She attempted to board a Southwest Airlines flight at Orlando International Airport when she was turned away.Â
According to the New York Post, the incident happened in April 2021.
A gate agent said that she appeared too intoxicated. She responded, “I don’t want no beef. I’m just trying to go home and enjoy myself.” The agent refused to allow her to board though she said that she only had two drinks.Â
Then, police officer Andrew Mamone showed up and banned her because of her glassy eyes and her strong odor of liquor. He said, “It’s OK. You just need to go over to the terminal and sober up a little bit. Get another flight.”Â
Alston waves her middle finger at him and says, “F— you! Suck my d—!” She then takes off on her motorized luggage.Â
The police officer fires up his bicycle and says, “We’re going to have a bike pursuing a suitcase in a minute.” However, the officer didn’t expect Altson to be going so fast. He says, “Oh man, that thing kind of goes fast.”Â
After catching Alston, she spits at him multiple times, hitting him in the eye. Another officer handcuffed her and put her in the patrol car once they got outside. She then defecated in the car, leaving around $1,200 in damages.
She was charged with the battery of a police officer and released from the Orange County jail on bond.Â
