Baskin-Robbins is getting in the holiday spirit with a new flavor that blends the many tastes of Thanksgiving dinner.
Known appropriately as Turkey Day Fixin’s, the ice cream will not just focus on one flavor, such as a pie or cake. Instead, foodies will get a chance to experience a taste that combines notes of adored side dishes such as sweet potato pie and other spices. Adding a bit of texture, savory pieces of honey cornbread and cranberry sauce are also blended into the frozen treat.
Baskin-Robbins chose to exclude more hearty side dishes such as mashed potatoes and stuffing. And while turkey was also left out of the equation for this exclusive Flavor of the Month, the ice cream chain is confident in its ability to keep things interesting for its seasonal menu item.
Baskin-Robbins' new Flavor of the Month is called "Turkey Day Fixin's." It tastes like sweet potato and autumn spice, with sweet chunks of honey cornbread, and tart swirls of cranberry sauce.

“We continue to push the boundaries of flavor innovation at Baskin-Robbins and wanted to bring a unique scoop to the table that deliciously encapsulates all the sweet and savory flavors from your favorite Thanksgiving sides,” Hannah Suits, Director of Brand Marketing for Baskin-Robbins, explained in a press release on Wednesday.
Turkey Day Fixin’s began appearing in Baskin-Robbins locations nationwide on November 1st. It will likely remain available through the entire month. If the ice cream isn’t quite enough, Baskin-Robbins’ annual Turkey Cake dessert is also available for ordering in selection locations.
