Smash or Pass? Baskin-Robbins Introduces New Cheeseboard-Inspired Flavor for November

Baskin-Robbins Flavor of the Month: Brie My Guest

This holiday season, Baskin-Robbins is offering a twist on dessert with its latest Flavor of the Month: Brie My Guest.

Inspired by the classic cheeseboard, this new ice cream features brie and burrata-flavored ice creams, combined with chopped almonds, pistachios, and apricot swirls. It’s designed to add a touch of sophistication to the usual sweet lineup, bringing a creamy, slightly savory taste with just a hint of fruity tartness from the apricot.

Alongside the new flavor, Baskin-Robbins is also re-releasing its popular Turkey Cake, which has become a seasonal favorite. This dessert is molded to look like a roasted turkey, complete with sugar cone “drumsticks” and a caramel praline glaze. Customers can choose any ice cream flavor inside, making it an easy addition to Thanksgiving gatherings.
