“Basketball Wives” star Jennifer Williams is opening up about the recent arrest of her ex, Tim Norman.
Norman is known for his role on his mother’s show ”Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s,” and now for a murder for hire plot to kill his own nephew. But, Williams also had a sordid past with him.
The two dated for a little over a year before things took a turn for the worst in 2017, Bossip reports. There was allegations of stalking and harassment, Norman accused Jennifer of slashing his tires and said she tried to run him over. However, Williams fired back, saying it was all untrue and that he was stalking her.
She also said she was “terrified” of him and had previously told the outlet that their split “felt like a Lifetime movie” and that she was living in fear after she learned Norman, who she thought was living in Texas, was actually living in her neighborhood.
Due to his criminal history, she was concerned for her safety and decided to go stay with a friend. “He is a convicted felon, I know he has guns, so I decided to file an incident report….,” she said in 2017.
She chose to take it a step further and sought a permanent restraining order against him and said another woman came forward and accused him of being physically abusive.
Williams is among several celebrities that reacted to the news of Norman’s arrest.
“Karma will get you one way or another.” Williams posted on her Instagram Story Tuesday. “The truth always reveals itself.”
Then went to Twitter to say, ”Thank you, God, for your grace, mercy, and favor.” She also sent her condolences to the family.
